I spend a week embedded in your business, observing service across all meal periods, working directly with your team, and addressing issues as they happen.

50 Hours On-Site
I work inside your operation—front and back of house—observing service, identifying breakdowns, and making real-time adjustments. This includes station setup, workflow, communication, menu execution, and leadership behavior.

Management Team Coaching
Your leadership team gets direct, in-the-moment coaching. We address issues as they arise and build better habits under real conditions—not in a classroom.

P&L and Operational Review
We break down your numbers and connect them directly to what’s happening on the floor—so you’re not just reviewing performance, you’re improving it.

3 Months of Follow-Up Support
After the on-site work, we continue with structured check-ins to make sure changes stick and progress continues.
